Yes! Every tumbler is individually handcrafted with care, making each one unique. Slight variations in glitter placement and design are part of the handmade process.
Are your tumblers made to order?
Some tumblers are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Processing times are listed on each product page.
Can I request a custom tumbler?
Absolutely! We love creating custom designs. If you have a specific idea, colour scheme, or theme in mind, please get in touch through our Contact page.
What if a design is sold out?
Many sold-out designs can be recreated upon request. While we aim to make them as close as possible to the original, exact replicas cannot always be guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our products.
How do I care for my tumbler?
To keep your tumbler looking its best:
● Hand wash only
● Do not soak
● Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave
● Avoid dropping or exposing to extreme heat
Are the tumblers suitable for hot drinks?
Our acrylic tumblers are designed for cold beverages only unless otherwise stated.
What if my tumbler arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
