Returns & Refunds

At Shae’s Crafty Diaries, every tumbler is lovingly handcrafted with care.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

● Unused

● In their original condition

● Returned in their original packaging where possible

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders

Because custom and personalised tumblers are made specifically for each customer, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

● Your order number

● Photos of the packaging

● Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

Once your return has been received and inspected, approval returns will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
