● Custom orders: processing times vary and will be communicated before dispatch.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard Delivery

Free Standard Delivery

● Available on all UK orders over £50.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched (where available).

Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by Royal Mail or the courier are outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
